PapersCart is operated by AR Group. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use PapersCart.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account details, business profile, client or customer details, document content, invoice fields, agreement fields, timeline fields, payment references such as UPI IDs, and support messages.
When you use the service, we may also collect technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, and error logs.
How We Use Information
- To create, preview, download, save, and email invoices, agreements, timelines, and related paperwork.
- To manage accounts, authentication, workspace setup, document history, and customer support.
- To improve reliability, security, performance, and product features.
- To understand site usage through analytics and measure whether pages are working as expected.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect PapersCart, users, and the public from misuse.
Document And Client Data
You control the document and client details you enter into PapersCart. If you save document history or send paperwork by email, those details may be stored or processed so the requested feature can work.
Do not enter highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the document you are creating.
Cookies, Local Storage, And Analytics
PapersCart may use browser storage to remember drafts, sessions, workspace choices, and interface preferences. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and product usage.
If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and personalize or limit ad delivery where permitted.

Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate PapersCart. These may include hosting providers, Supabase for authentication and profile data, MongoDB or similar database services for saved history, Resend for email delivery, Google for analytics, sign-in, or advertising, and PDF or frontend tooling needed to provide the service.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their own security and privacy commitments.
Email Communications
We may send account, authentication, support, and document-delivery emails. If you email paperwork to a client, the recipient email address, message, and attachments are processed for delivery.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, improve security, or comply with legal obligations. You may delete saved document history from the product where that feature is available.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong passwords and only share document details with intended recipients.
Your Choices

You can control cookies and advertising preferences through your browser settings and, where available, through Google advertising controls.
Children
PapersCart is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
